The Jersey Dairy launched the new Soft Cone Mix just over two years ago for local consumption and limited export. This premium natural product is free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, and is the only Jersey ice cream permitted to carry the Genuine Jersey mark which is the guarantee of regional provenance.

Take up has already been swift with the first day selling out of stock in Co – op Grand Marche St Helier. The first flavour is Vanilla Zinger and, if well received, will be followed by a range of new flavours. Our all-natural frozen yogurt bridges the gap between consumers who prefer the taste of ice cream and those who prefer the health benefits of drinkable yogurt. At less than 4% fat and with a bio live culture it is gaining profile as a good alternative to ice cream.
