Four Bakery is an authentic bakery, coffee house and chocolaterie located at 53-55 Bath Street in St. Helier.

Four Bakery is more than just a place to buy bread. It’s a community of like-minded people on a mission to re-establish healthy eating for us without harming our planet.

The concept was conceived by our founder, Simon Rodgers, who realised he had to completely change his lifestyle and approach to food after being diagnosed with cancer. Simon realised that it wasn’t very easy to access wholesome, healing food and embarked on his vision to create a dedicated space that offered customers an honest approach to one of life's most simple tasks - buying our daily bread.

We are passionate about the health benefits of sourdough and you certainly won't find anything processed on our shelves. All of our bakes, which include various types of sourdough bread, savouries and sweet treats are handcrafted on the premises using high quality, sustainably-sourced ingredients, fresh local produce and a genuine passion for amazing flavours.

We also believe in being as transparent as possible and are on a mission to educate on the hidden additives and preservatives in food. This is why we are active supporters of The Real Bread Campaign whose vision is that there should be a legal definition for bread so shoppers can make better-informed buying choices.
We specifically selected Triple Co Coffee as partners for their high-grade specialty coffee as well as their values of cultivating relationships with their suppliers.

At Four Bakery we recognise the importance of giving back to the community and we work hard to help people having a tougher time than most of us. Not only do we provide Macmillan Cancer Support with free bread on a daily basis, we also donate to Stand Up to Cancer. Any bread that is left over at the end of the day is donated to Jersey Hospital and to the Family Nursing and Home Care.

We’re open Tuesday to Friday from 7:30am-2:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
