All of our delicious cakes are lovingly hand made to the highest standard. They are baked fresh early every morning in small batches to ensure they have the unbeatable soft and fluffy “just out the oven” texture. We use organic Madagascan bourbon vanilla extract (the best in the biz), organic Jersey free range eggs, organic Jersey unsalted butter, organic Jersey buttermilk, organic self-raising flour and organic golden caster sugar.
They are then iced to perfection with the most creamy, delicious icing that is made with the world’s best organic icing sugar, which gives our icing its distinctive taste and beautiful ivory colour.
We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs and requests, and ensure their occasion is the most special it can be. We offer a bespoke service which can include delivery and set-up for weddings, hen parties, stag parties, birthdays, baby-showers, christenings, corporate events, functions or any other special occasion you can think of. We cater for any size celebration ranging from a single box of 12 cupcakes up to 500+ cakes for large events, consistently providing top quality and freshness.
