The Traditional Sausage (Jersey) Co. Limited (the "Company") is a new Company which was incorporated on 21 March 2011. The Company carries on business under two trading names: (i) "The Traditional Jersey Sausage Co." which specialises in high quality smoked meat products, sausages; and (ii) "The Traditional Jersey Fish Co." which specialises in traditionally smoked fish and shellfish (mackrel, flat fish, sea bass and scallops).
Where possible the Company produces its products from locally sourced ingredients. We are confident that we can source all our need for herbs and fish locally and where possible also our need for meats.
The Company has the coveted “Genuine Jersey” status.
MISSION & GOODWILL
Tradition is our strongest selling point. We smoke and prepare our products according to traditional recipes passed down within my family.
The taste is unique as we use only natural ingredients and our smoking methods are traditional.
KEY people
Miroslaw Giza (aka Mirek)
Mirek is very well known character in Jersey. He is experienced in the indistry and used to produce sausages and meats in 2004-2006 at Happy Hens Farm. He also worked for a local butcher for some time during which he learnt about meat and the making of sausages. After experimenting with lots of different recipes, flavours & butchery techniques he made homemade sausages and invited friends to enjoy them at barbeques. It was very soon after that his friends would contact him asking where they could buy his sausages!
Mirek supervises the effective operation of the sausage and meat production and produces sausages.

The Company’s place of food manufacture and main place of business is located on the ground floor of the property situated at Trinity Fine Foods, La Rue De La Monnaie, Trinity, JE3 5DG, Jersey, Channel Islands.
