As well as being a popular tourist attraction, Jersey Lavender is the only fragrant products manufacturer on the Island. The business uses extracts from its home-grown lavender plants and other herbs as key ingredients in its products.

The diverse range of products includes pure essential oils, perfumes, lavender bags, and even lavender fudge.

The fragrant family business was started in 1983 and now extends to 9 acres of lavender fields. In the summer the lavender flowers are harvested and distilled to produce pure lavender essential oil. After maturing, this oil is used as the vital ingredient in the extensive range of products. A small proportion of the crop is dried in the Jersey sunshine, sieved clean and used to fill dried lavender products such as the home-made lavender bags.

The farm is open to visitors in the summer; where the whole operation can be seen. Set in the lavender farm gardens, Sprigs Café serves a wide range of original and delicious home-made, wholesome food using fresh local ingredients. Sprigs Shop has a range of exclusive gifts as well as our Jersey Lavender range of products.

The uniqueness of Jersey Lavender continues to be a family business, with great pride in growing and nurturing their crop, extracting the oil and carrying out as much of the processing as possible themselves to achieve the final products, and finally sell these in their own shop and many other outlets across Jersey.
