The Hungry Lawyer’s Patisserie is the home of elegant, bespoke and fun patisserie products. The Hungry Lawyer is an experienced commercial lawyer who is hungry to share her passion for the sweet things in life with others.
After 10 years of legal practice, she decided to leave the glass tower to immerse herself in the patisserie capital of the world, Paris, where she acquired the diplome in Patisserie at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School.
The Hungry Lawyer uses her culinary skills, knowledge of flavours gathered by her travels around the world and slightly eccentric imagination to create extraordinary sweet delights, including tarts, entremets, cakes, macarons and chocolate truffles to name a few . All her products are made with the freshest Jersey ingredients, where possible, and she crafts her products so as to make the Jersey ingredients sing!
