Jersey Provender

Jersey Provender was set up nearly two years ago by Melanie Drummond working from the kitchen of her home in Jersey .

Melanie’s aim then, and what remains her aim, is to source her ingredients from the finest that Jersey has to offer and to transform them into a range of handmade sauces, chutneys and preserves.

Chilli sauces made from chillies grown in St Ouen and jam made from raspberries grown in St Lawrence prove to be particularly popular.
