Aurum Jewellers

Aurum Jewellers is a respected family business which was founded thirty years ago by Jerseyman and goldsmith Richard Blampied. The jewellers are delighted to be members of 'Genuine Jersey' and invite you to visit their historic premises in the heart of St Helier, where you can view the many handmade items that have been skillfully crafted in the on-site workshop above.

Some pieces have a traditional Jersey inspiration from inception; for example the silver 'bachins'- a copy of the shallow farmhouse cooking pot used many year ago; or the striking and more contemporary silver spoons depicting the parish or corporate crests. It is these decorative teaspoons and tablespoons which are registered as Genuine Jersey products as they are all handcrafted in the Charing Cross workshop to feature stylized representations of each parish crest.

Jewellery is probably at the heart of Aurum's success, being designed and made in house. Special collections currently include romantic 18ct gold and diamond heart pendants, directly inspired by the entwined hearts found on old Jersey granite datestones; and also 'The Colours of Aurum', comprising rings, pendants and earrings set with a colourful variety of precious stones, including the many beautiful colours of sapphire.
