Located on the west of the Island with breathtaking views over St Ouen’s Bay, the Atlantic is one of Jersey ’s most prestigious hotels. It is the first hotel on the Island to become part of the Genuine Jersey Products Association for its extensive use of local ingredients in its newly-refurbished contemporary Ocean restaurant.
Since he arrived, Mark has developed good relationships with local suppliers and producers to ensure he uses the best ingredients the Island has to offer. The hotel’s commitment to Genuine Jersey is mentioned in the opening pages of the menus for Ocean.

Ocean opened in 2005 under the management of Head Chef Mark Jordan who joined the Atlantic from the acclaimed Gilpin Lodge Hotel in the Lake District .
