Our product is honey which is produced not by us, but by our bees! We just bottle it! We have been keeping honey bees for nearly 30 years or so and the production of honey is really only part of what is a fascinating hobby working with these industrious insects.

Our hives are distributed mostly over the centre and north part of Jersey , taking advantage of the heather on the coast and the plants and crops further inland.

The availability of our product depends on whether it has been a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ year for the bees, much of which depends on the weather at critical times of the year. The bees collect the nectar from the plants and we ‘extract’ it in late summer just as it is, resulting in a product free of any additives.

We produce creamed and liquid honey sold in 500grm (£3.00 each) or 250grm (£2.00 each) pots. We sell the majority of the honey direct from our door.
