  Richardson’s Jersey Royals are hand picked and gently packed into specially lined paper bags within minutes in the field, holding the freshness and retaining as much of the potatoes delicate skins as possible in order to fully capture the famous Jersey Royal flavour. Heat sealing the bags ensures the freshness is sealed in!

  Born and raised in Boston, USA, Kat Read of Rocque Paper Scissors, fell in love with Jersey at La Rocque on a misty Autumn night in 2012.

  Rosemary graduated from Bath Academy of Art in 1967 with a B.A.Hons degree in Fine Art and has worked prolifically ever since, producing paintings, ceramics, textiles, prints and cards.

  Trevor Renouf began looking at growing alternative crops many years ago, to take advantage of Jersey’s southerly position and its fertile soil. He decided to invest in figs and revive an old Jersey tradition after undertaking research which showed that it in the 19th century it was common to have at least one fig tree in or near to the farmyard.
