Ceri’s Cakes is very popular and has Ceri working long hours to meet the demand for her unique cakes, but she still finds time to bake for charities and regularly donates either cakes or gift vouchers to charity raffles. Ceri told us more about her journey from managing a bakery in Leeds to running her own small business in Jersey.
  • Christine Witham is a local artist, best known for her beautiful textile jewellery, created from felts and luxury fabrics. She sews, paints, sculpts and fashions her items of jewellery using techniques she has developed and adapted over many years to maintain the high standard of traditional craft work.
