We organise a calendar of events that take place around the Island and involve many of our members.

Menu du Terroir - 14 May to 29 June 2008

Genuine Jersey is pleased to announce this year’s Menu du Terroir competition, which is being sponsored by Victor Hugo Wines and Laurent-Perrier Champagne. This annual event, which celebrates the very best of Jersey produce and culinary excellence, will be taking place from Wednesday 14 May to Sunday 29 June 2008.

JCG Genuine Jersey Food and Craft Fair - June 14th 2008

Genuine Jersey products will be on sale as part of Jersey College for Girls' Enterprise Learning Initiative.  The project aims to develop students’ understanding of the particular challenges facing local businesses.

The fair will take place in the grounds of Jersey College for Girls.  Parking is available.  

Farmer and Craft Markets at St Aubin

The popular farmers markets return this year to the pretty harbour town of St Aubin. The markets are held in front of the parish hall. There will be plenty of local produce and wares on display, including goods from farmers, growers and producers in Jersey.

Visitors can find out about the origins of the foods and ask the producers any questions about their sources. The exhibitors gain valuable feedback from their customers.

All goods sold will have been grown, reared, caught, brewed, picked, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholder, so come along and soak up the atmosphere while celebrating Jersey's finest.

Admission is free.  If it is raining, the stalls will be inside the St Brelade's Parish Hall.  December markets will have a Christmas theme.
