Jon Hackett’s Christmas sausages include Plum and Mulled Wine, Cranberry and Port, and the Christmas brandy special.  They are made from his free range, rare breed saddlebacks.  As well as pork joints, he also sells chipolatas, bacon and sausage meat stuffing.  Available from Homefield Farm (Fridays & Saturdays).  For large orders, ring direct.
